I was pretty proud of myself for jumping in the lake both days to shower in the lake for the last time this year. The cooling air can cool the lake off pretty fast but it's not so bad once you go under the first time. I think my dad said the water temp was 69 degrees.
We also had our final trip to Zorbaz for lunch and a marg on the upper deck and we had our last moonlight pontoon cruise.

There's something about this place that just does it for me - it's relaxing, fun, peaceful ... everything. I feel different at the lake than I do anywhere else so it's always sad to see another season end. But I always remind myself that at the end of another sweet summertime season I am so lucky that I get to say, see ya next year.

Parker and I also had Friday off so we could look at some apartments for when we move (and have wine at lunch). We found an apartment! And I'm really excited - update coming tomorrow :) Also for the record, a table of 3 guys were laughing at the fact that I asked Parker to take this picture of me so not posting it on the blog was not an option #bloggerprobs
